About the role

Due to our dynamic growth and the rising demand for digitalization in Human Resources, we are looking for a Rexx HR System Manager (m/f/d) - Solar Trade ideally in Munich or Tübingen, otherwise also remotely within Germany.


Aufgaben
  • You will be in constant exchange with our global HR Community as well as with our employees and managers in order to technically support them in their requests
  • You will drive the continuous improvement and enhancement of the Rexx HR solution to meet the constantly changing requirements of our HR community and our business by analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing new features
  • You will ensure that everyone is on track through training sessions and materials such as videos and guidelines
  • You will be responsible for communicating changes, updates and current troubleshoot cases to various target groups, using our channels accordingly (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)

Profil
  • Degree in the field of business administration, business informatics, digitization, ideally with a focus on HR or IT, or comparable qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in the HR System “Rexx” within a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
  • Good communication skills and openness for collaborating in an international environment
  • Hands-on mentality and motivation to enable others to use the HR System successfully
  • Careful dealing with sensitive data as well as a structured way of working and attention to detail
  • Very comfortable using Excel, Word and PowerPoint in your daily work routine, knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI and Jira are a plus
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of English, German skills desirable
